This product is a 9-amino acid supplement that has been formulated with BCAAs at a 2:1:1 ratio and 6 EAAs. It is intended for use before, during and post-workout to help with muscle protein synthesis, tissue repair and recovery. It also contains Coconut Water Powder to help with hydration.

DOSAGE: Mix 1 level scoop (12 g) to 300-400 ml of cold water. May be used before, during and post-workout. Maintain an adequate state of hydration when using this product, consume at least 810 large glasses of water per day.
